Second time staying here and really enjoyed it. I managed to take advantage of the sauna this time around and highly recommend! (not sure how I skipped that during last year's stay!) The beds are hands down the best I've slept in in Tbilisi after several trips to the city, which is notorious for a plenitude of Soviet-era spring torture devices passed off as mattresses. The owner really made the right choice to put proper mattresses in. And Keti who manages all the daily affairs is absolutely awesome and sweetheart of a human : )

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide array of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. In every aspect, from the luxurious facilities to the personal touches from the staff, our stay at Swissôtel Tbilisi was exceptional. We left feeling thoroughly cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience in the heart of the city.

I liked everything in this hotel. It was so coozy and calm. Don’t worry about the cleanliness. It is SO CLEAN that it’s shining. I have never seen something like that. The breakfast is also varied. The swimming pool is also very clean. The staff is so friendly, nice and they help you whenever you need it and about anything. I will come back.
