Everything is great, starting from enough place at the front of hotel doors so you can drop your luggage easy, and then drive the car to nearest paid parking, 3 min far. The staff is amazing, with natural friendly smile on their faces all the time. The cleanest at high grade, the furniture, everything was exceptional. The breakfast so delicious, so we haven't eat anything else, up the late afternoon. I wish I could stay there the whole week. Strongly recommended to all visitors of THESALONIKI. BR

The members of the staff (Bapis, the night and day shift colleagues from that period, the guy that helped us with having breakfast in the room) were the best and kindest people that we got to meet there. So glad that we were able to ask them for help anytime it was needed. The location of the hotel helped us to plan our trips or to just go for a walk and then to be able to come back fast if needed.

We stayed at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, but what made our stay extra special was the unexpected surprise: they upgraded us to a beautiful room with its own private pool and included spa passes for our stay. In our room, we were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely treat platter, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. It provided the perfect, relaxing holiday feeling we were looking for. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and peace!
