They also offered breakfast, drinks and dinner and everything was cooked on premises. All was great, and we truly felt their kindness and their great hospitality. 10/10 recommended!

We've been to a lot of places so far, but this place really stands out in every aspect. It has a very good location if you are to visit the Plitvice Lakes area. The hosts are the most hospitable couple we have ever met, they solved all our special requests with ease and kindness. The breakfast had plenty of choices to have a great start of the day and the 4-course dinner was fantastic, totally like in a gourmet restaurant with lovely home made dishes. They had a large selection of tasty wines and local liquers that matched perfectly with the dinner. The room was nice and clean, the beds and the bathroom was very comfortable for our stay. The view from the garden is really stunning. You can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature for hours with a good tea or a coffee served with a few kind words from the hosts. The absolute winner is the joyful attitude of our hosts who made this stay the best we had so far. Really appreciate the bonus tiramisu after my last breakfast 😀 We will surely be back!

Only 6 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the family-run Vila Cancar is situated in the peaceful village of Grabovac. It offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi. Loved it. Great location only 7 min from the park. The pool and hot tub and sauna are a nice touch. The restaurant is good and has a nice breakfast buffet. The owner is very kind and helpful and she gave us great park advice that I didn’t find elsewhere- start at entrance 2 to go DOWN the mountain vs starting at entrance 1 and spend the day going up the mountain. Traveling w little kids I was very grateful to have that tip.

Villa Mukinja - Wellness & Spa er staðsett á rólegum og friðsælum stað í miðbæ Plitvice Lakes-þjóðgarðsins, í 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá vötnunum. Food & service was impeccable; manager Asmir was available to help throughout our stay doing his upmost best to ensure all the guests had an excellent stay. Sauna & Jacuzzi where very clean & available when we needed them. I loved the local food cooked by the ladies prepared & served in a professional manner. The Villa is close to Plitvice entry point 2, a nice 15-minute walk through the forest, easy to find.
