We even started our 2 AM hike to Mount Batur from here, and coming back to the stillness of the resort and the smiles of the staff was just what we needed. I recently stayed at Sebali Resort in Ubud, Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the hosts in the lobby. Special thanks to Epita, Apri, and the young lady who assisted me during my flower pool photoshoot—you all made my stay so much more special. The full-body massage included in my stay, expertly provided by Elo, was a wonderful touch that added to the relaxation. Every request I made was met with exceptional attention to detail, and I never once felt like a bother. The room exceeded my expectations, with a stunning view overlooking the jungle. It truly felt like my own peaceful bubble—exactly the experience I was looking for. If you're after a serene escape, booking a villa is absolutely worth it. The food was another highlight! Every dish I had was incredible, and having breakfast included with my stay was a thoughtful addition that made starting each day effortless. It was a perfect way to round out my stay and really embrace the tranquil environment. Overall, I highly recommend Sebali Resort. Neano Escape has a wellness area which includes a hot tub. The area is popular for fishing and cycling, in addition, bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel. This palce is wonderful, ths staff are so nice, specially HAMDI, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Location is a bit isolated, but it's great for relaxing. Room and pool were amazing. We loved the food and the restaurant. We rented a scooter to move around the island and had an amazing time.

The rooms were spacious and the materials/furniture were all of high quality. I also loved the huge bathtub and the yoga studio space upstairs and the pool and garden were so beautifully designed, I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy this gem of a resort!

Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. This was our second time at the Renaissance. The Hotel has a centric and quiet location. The room is clean and confortable. The Breakfast buffet is exceptional. There are 3 pools and a childrens pool, so there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 restaurants, all of them with a very nice variety of food, excellent quality and the food is delicious and fresh. The gym is more tgan enough and most of the time there is space. What makes this place so special for us, are the whole team, they are like family, always warm, friendly and very welcoming. Thank You to the Renaissance Team, you do an exceptional job. Negative We asked at the upper bar and at the reception (we did not know this two employees and they were the only two unfriendly persons, we talked to), if we could buy some bottles of water for the room and the unfriendly and unflexible answer was just: "no, maybe at the supermarket". We got four bottles of water in the room, everytime when the room was cleaned, but as it was not necessary to get the room cleaned everyday, we just did not get the water. So we went out to buy the water from the supermarket.
