Since we arrived late to property, so we decided to have dinner at the restaurant whereby we are warmly welcome by the locals, its so heart-warming. All the staff that served us during our stay from the kitchen and bar, from the reception, security guard all make an excellent service. And thank you to the team for making my baby 1 year old birthday memorable by doing the decos in room and provide birthday cake. ❤️ We definitely will come back again and stay longer next time❤️

It close to many amenities such as food, massage parlours and malls. Closest mall is the grand Batam mall which is great for shops, food and entertainment. It is also super convenient for taking grab taxis. Property is extremely well maintained and staff is very polite. Room was very clean and tidy. Tolietries are included such as soap, toothbrushes etc It was a great experience and I would happily stay at ARTOTEL again
