Located 1 km from New Delhi's City Centre and Business District, Hotel Imperial offers an outdoor pool and health club. Guests can enjoy spa services and 7 dining options. Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

I tend to be skeptical when it comes to hotels in budget, but Prime not only met but far exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and would do their best to make the stay wonderful, be it the security who's always guarding the door to the receptionists and hotel boy, they truly define hospitality. The hotel matched the picture, I liked the dim ambient lighting and interior design, it was clean and made efficient use of space. The lobby has a range of comfy recliners and a mini fountain. The rooms, although aren't the largest, but they are comfy with a good vibe and cozy ambiance. The door is operated with a key-card, the lights and fan have a modern touch-screen switch system and a central AC for the room. The bed was soft with clean pillows and sheets, the TV is appropriately sized for the room with a giant mirror for a wall. It also had a mini fridge, kettle and tea/coffee kit with cups. Bottled water is provided with the room. Toilets and bath was in mint condition, clean and well equipped with amenities like soap, lotion, brush, hair drier and shower cap and razor. Breakfast was provided in our package with good options to cater for Indian and foreign guests in the buffet. The food was good, they would make fresh coffee on request with breakfast eggs. A mini gym with weighs and cargo is right next to the dining area. The hotel also provides room service with a wide range of things to choose from at an exceptional price. Bonus points to the hotel, on the day of our checkout the flight was 8 hours past check-out time. They gladly offered to store our luggage for us to go sightseeing and collect it before going on-wards to the airport. Most places would either ask you to pay extra and choose a late checkout or completely deny the request, but they didn't and also gave us a bottle of juice when we came back to collect our bags.

Everything about the hotel was great, location, service, hospitality. Especially mention to both the Tanmoy’s, one at the reception and other at the restaurant for exceptional service. They both were great and very pleasant personalities. Especially Tanmoy at the restaurant went out of his way to accommodate our children’s demand for chole bhature at breakfast, which we really appreciate and the kids were very happy too. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Ideally located close to the Delhi international and domestic airport, the hotel has an easy access to the corporate and commercial hubs of Delhi, Gurgaon and the NCR regions. We liked the room, facilities and food. Front desk were very helpful , check in and check out were thanks to mausumi, sagarika and kajal and sushmita they were very helpful
