Great property. Wonderful staff and exceptional hospitality. Taj truly lives up to its reputation - every moment of our stay reflected their signature warmth and attention to detail. A special mention to Nikita and her team for the delightful welcome on arrival, and to Mr. Yamlal for his kindness and assistance each time we entered or exited the property. We also greatly appreciated the gracious conversations with Mr. Srinjit, the F&B Executive, who shared thoughtful insights about the property, the Taj Group, and even made us feel at home while we missed ours. We loved every second of our stay and will undoubtedly choose Pilibhit House again for all future visits to Haridwar.

We recently stayed at Madhavn Hotel, Rishikesh, which has just opened about a month ago, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel offers 5-star amenities, with neat, clean and very comfortable rooms. The highlight is undoubtedly the beautiful view of the Ganges. The hotel also has direct access to the ghats, which makes the location especially convenient for guests who want to experience the spiritual charm of Rishikesh. The availability of a lift for the upper floors is an added convenience, particularly for senior guests. What really impressed us was the personal involvement of the owner, Mr. Madhav, who personally oversees the day-to-day operations. This reflects in the attention to detail and the overall hospitality. A special mention for the wonderful staff — Kuldeep, Raju, Jatin, Shagun, Anjali and Prakash, along with the other team members whose names we unfortunately don’t know. Everyone was courteous, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Since the hotel is new, it has a fresh and well-maintained feel, while the warmth of the staff makes it feel even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and premium stay with a beautiful Ganges view in Rishikesh. We would
