Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.

The room was quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable, with a great shower with hot water, AC, the space for food it’s cosy and nice and all the staff are so sweet, helpful and very friendly. Property is within a 5-minute walking distance from Laxman Jhula, it’s a 4-storey building and is very clean. Plenty of facilities available, including a gym and swimming pool (although I didn’t use them). The breakfast at its Holy Oven is very tasty, which caters for both Indian and Western tastes. The room service meal delivery is very quick and is available 24-hours. I would not hesitate to come back to this wonderful hotel and its wonderful staff. Thank you for a great stay.
