Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Our stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel was excellent — truly a top experience from start to finish. Everything was great, including a very good breakfast that gave us a perfect start to the day. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The receptionist especially stood out — he looked just like Martin Lawrence from Bad Boys, which gave us a good laugh and made the stay even more memorable. A big plus for us was the secure parking right next to the hotel. We have a large car, and finding safe parking in Florence can be very difficult, so this was a huge advantage and made our stay completely stress-free. Just a few meters from the hotel, there is also a great barber — quick, professional, and did an excellent job with my haircut, beard, and mustache. If we ever return to Florence, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

We went for a senior school trip and everything was great start to finish. Fabulous breakfast, great rooms staff so helpful. Great little spa facitilites was a bonus
