The pool is exceptionally clean and it has bar service also. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Hotel Du Lac & SPA is set in the heart of Bellagio, overlooking the main square, opposite the dock. Here you can enjoy panoramic views and excellent food. The location is amazing! Right on the waterfront, the ferry is at the doorstep and central in Bellagio The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room had everything you need and the bar on level 5 has the most amazing view and the breakfast was really good!

Everything was superb. Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

Let me highlight some of the positives: • We received a very warm welcome and were given a tour of the facilities and our room. They also arranged parking for us—which can be quite tricky around Lake Como. Thank you for that! • The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with them overall! • The building is perfectly located, offering a beautiful view of the lake. • The room was stylishly designed and well-equipped. It had a lovely view and a small balcony overlooking the lake. It was such a pleasure to sit there with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and sunset. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. One unique feature: a walk-in shower with a lake view through a glass wall—great idea! • There’s a beautiful terrace by the lake and a well-designed little restaurant on the ground floor. The whole hotel smells wonderful! • The bistrot serves excellent food and drinks—both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious!

This was our third stay at Casa Olea Hotel — and once again, it was pure bliss. The hotel is a little oasis right by the lake, thoughtfully designed with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Natural materials and clean lines make it the perfect place to unwind. This time, we stayed in a room with lake view, and waking up to that scenery from bed was simply amazing. We also love that the hotel is located away from the overly touristy parts of Lake Como. The atmosphere feels more relaxed, with great options for running, cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and some fantastic restaurants nearby.

They provided coffee while we were waiting for the check in process to finish, they gave us fresh flowers and a some fruits in the room and honestly everything was perfect and everyone was beyond sweet and thoughtful
