The moment you reach Round Hill, you feel the warmth and the lovely, relaxed vibe. The most charming people have been working here for years / decades and ensuring that guests feel at home. Every single person working here, is a role model for outstanding hospitality. Most beautiful property, with the best of rooms, villas, sports facilities and a gym with an unparalleled view. Just like other guests, we will be back here for sure. Lots of space to relax and to be active. Housekeeping, food, watersports team, all are the best of the best. The service was impeccable the room was nice clean,cozy,beautiful. The service of staff and everyone was great courteous, friendly and and just excellent. I loved everything about my stay at Hyatt Ziva! The staff there was so kind and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I can remember laying in. The food was very delicious in Jamaica roots restaurant and the buffet…absolutely amazing food! I can not wait to return!
