Very modern hotel. That's the first hotel that I had that part of the checkin process you get a choose your preferred pillow to take with you. When you reach tghe room you see that there are also pillows on the bed. Breakfast buffet was good and were able to choose both western and Japanese food.

This is a true Japanese experience. The hotel is an authentic, traditional spa resort, with old fashioned vibes, where you have to take off your shoes at the entrance of the hotel. Here you can enjoy the company of Japanese people, experience kindness and friendliness of the staff, have excellent food, and soak in the great atmosphere and surroundings of beautiful mountains. I loved the onsen with it's great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. Everything was easy and comfortable, there were free toiletries, water, snacks and fresh yukata everyday. Our room was spacious and very clean. No noise outside was a bonus. The receptionist and restaurant staff were so lovely, welcoming and attentive. Thank you for making our holiday in Shikoku so enjoyable ❤️

Naglalaan ang Hotel Katsuyama Premiere ng mga kuwarto sa Matsuyama na malapit sa Botchan Train Museum at Matsuyama castle. The staff are all very kind. I was really impressed how friendly they were. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet fare. But dinner was really tasty! The hotel is within easy distance of the tram and buses.
