We liked the quiet location, the staff’s friendliness and determination to make us feel at home, and also the food! We had our 2 year old daughter with us, and she had a great time as well. The private bath and the bath in the room was absolitely out of this world. We were so relaxed after everything that we all fell asleep like babies.

Set in the woods by Mount Kuruhi, Hotel Shogetsutei is 5 minutes from Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station on the free shuttle. It features beautiful outdoor hot-spring baths and a spa. Amazing hotel, specially the staff! Extremely helpful! The dinner was delicious, and the onsen in the hotel is great as well! They really make it easy to explore and enjoy kinosaki.

We experienced Japanese hospitality to the fullest! Right from the moment we entered the establishment till seeing us off after checking out. The staff are attentive and polite. Loved the picturesque view from the room. Scrumptious breakfast! Please try their beer. Highly recommend!

Featuring a Japanese garden, hot-spring baths and a vase gallery, Mikuniya is 250 metres from JR Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have a DVD player and traditional futon beds. Convenient location from train station. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious. Excellent crab dinner in season when we stayed.

Staff is also friendly. Delightful stay!

This hotel was absolutely stunning. Amazing first class service and wonderful staff. We loved how quiet and private our room was. Stepping outside and literally hearing birds and being able to see stars at night was amazing. The room and the bathtub are spacious and comfortable. The meals are local cuisine and tasted amazing. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The staff was able to check our reservations to the Hello Kitty Show Box as well which was very kind. Thank you very much!
