We had the most wonderful time at the hotel! Staff were very professional and welcoming, breakfast was outstanding, the whole stay very relaxing! Onsent was incredible. The hotel is located by beautiful lake, great for walks and long runs!

A fireplace lounge overlooking the woods, an indoor hot-spring bath and an art space await guests at Kanaya Hotel, a 5-minute walk from Chuzenji Lake. Breakfast was very good. Their egg dishes and sausages were very good, and the morning coffee was above expectations. The spas were the convenient to use, and the outdoor spa was also satisfying. The second floor tea room is very charming and the furniture is very quaint in an old-European fashion. Make sure to use the shuttle bus that is available as it saves time. The timetable can be checked on the hotel’s website. Also, the staff are very warm and friendly, and are very helpful. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I were to visit Nikko in the future.

Just 1 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine, Turtle Inn Nikko offers value-for-money accommodation with river views. Hot spring baths are available and breakfast is offered. The Location is great, as tourist destinations, Bus Stops and other important places are all in walking distance. The room was furnished with Tatami and had a nice feeling.
