It will always be one of the most special moments of my life as I proposed to my girlfriend here. Huge thanks to the staff for recording our moment. The hotel is flawless, service and food could not be any better. Purely by coincidence we stayed here as the Hotel was featured on BBC "Amazing Hotels, life beyond the lobby". We were lucky that on our second day we were the only guests at Dunkeld bungalow so could enjoy everything to ourselves. The view from the infinity pool is probably the best I will ever see. Sure it's an expensive hotel but if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting hotel for just one night, but the experience was so rejuvenating that it felt like we had spent an entire week on holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness were truly exceptional. It was my birthday that day and they made sure that it felt very special. The massage was on of the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka, and the fresh, delicious food was a treat. The hotel's location is truly unique, nestled remotely right next to a stunning waterfall and surrounded by lush green forest. Moreover, the rooms were very comfy and clean, with a relaxing ambience and great design in mind. Thank you to the staff again for great hospitality!

Argyle Luxury Boutique er staðsett í Hatton og býður upp á líkamsræktarstöð, garð og sólarverönd með sundlaug og morgunverðarhlaðborð. Excellent hotel with absolutely high-end service. The staff (Jana, Dilima, Milan, Nadon, Siva, among others) were super friendly and left no wishes unfulfilled. Anything less than a 10.0 rating won't do it justice. Would love to come back at some point! The rooms and the hotel itself are very new and classy at the same time. It was definitely by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip.

Set amongst the scenic landscapes of tea plantation, 2 km from Nuwara Eliya city, and the property is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool along with a picturesque view of Bambarakelle Mountain... Wow best value for money. We got a personal number of one of the employees and he answered all of our questions in a minute. The food court was unbelievable and rich, the stuff was amazing. There is an indoor swimming pool and a kids area - just perfect. We would love to recommend it to anyone.

The Grand Hotel is situated on Nuwara Eliya Hill, adjacent to the Nuwara Eliya Golf Course. this hotel is must see if you are travelling in Nuwara-Eliya. Heritage building with a great history, beautifull interiors, old photos in holls, hidden bar rooms etc... we spent couple of hours to explore the hotel. Stuff is very friendly and one of manager even made a small excursion for us while we were waiting. Welcome hot soup was what we needed cz at night is quite chilly outside. The restaurant was pretty delisious and our servant Antony made our dinner even better.

Extremely friendly staff and truly enjoyed our natur walk with our local guide as well as the variety of food offerings.
