We arrived early, and Sharifa kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. The check-in process was smooth and relaxing. Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service. From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

The restaurant in the hotel is also very, very good! Loved staying there and highly recommend it.
