It’s serene, it’s exciting, and you could spend days on end enjoying the authentic home.

Apartment Chalet Kolašin is a self-catering accommodation located in Kolašin. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The property is 9 km from the ski slopes of Kolasin Ski resort 1450. Great and cozy place to stay. Almost every square centimeter in covered by wood. It is very comfortable and enjoyable just spending time in the room because of the wood and other design details. There are 4 apartments, very cozy little lobby with drinks and snacks, and SPA. Free parking on site. Everything can be ordered through their app (breakfast, SPA, massage). Host is very very kind and we could replace meals in breakfast that we don't eat. They bring you the meal in the room on time you choose. All staff and the owners are very kind and helpful. Town square is located 300m. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at the MonteBreza Spa apartment in Kolašin — it’s beautiful, spotless, and really well appointed with everything you need. The little thoughtful touches made it feel extra special (chocolates, essential oils, and more). The sauna and hot tub were the highlight and made the whole place feel truly luxurious. Communication with the host was outstanding — she’s incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly, 11/10. We’re already planning to come back!

The apartment was very good and comfortable. The hammam and the sauna were amazing and very easy to use. I would especially like to thank the owner of the apartments for his kindness and understanding. Unfortunately, my wife became ill and we had to leave earlier than planned, staying only one day instead of three. The owner refunded 30% of the stay, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. I would also like to point out that the manager does a great job and answers you instantly, very polite and respectful. This truly shows great care, compassion, and a genuine respect for guests. We've celebrated my mothers birthday and he even left us an amazing gift! Thank you so much, would come again for sure!

We booked Villana Rosa very last minute. The house is a 3-apartment complex that shares a common basement entertainment area, with a sauna, jacuzzi, pool table, and a workout room. They managed to get our apartment ready in 15 minutes. The entire place was spotless, rustic, and spacious. The kitchen area was fully stocked, and the staff will even start a fireplace for you if you like. If we could, we would stay longer, and we genuinely started planning a trip to Kolasin just to stay here again.
