The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Have never seen such a wild choice!! 😋 + we really enjoyed the dinner- every night in different restaurant (and the best thing is -it’s all inclusive 🤩) + free minibar and liquor at the room 🙏

If you see this apartment free, just book it, you’ll not regret. The first huge advantage is property location - it’s 10 min to beach, 5 min to the street full of shops and restaurants, pharmacy and small shop is in building. Our apartment was on the ground floor, we liked your private patio, from it you have an access to a small inside garden with lots of palms, fountain and mosquitos, so be ready, take a repellent. The apartment was very clean, stylish, has lots of space for 2 people and the most essential 2 ACs and 2 fans. The bed was vary comfortable, there was a table with chairs, sofa, kitchen with the stuff to cook if you want to. The huge plus the apart has standing dry rack, beach umbrella, hair dryer, extra towels for the pool. On the roof you have access to 3 or 4 swimming pools, bars, game room and gym. Private parking is also available. So here is everything you may need to have a stunning vacation. Definitely recommend.

It was tucked away in the forest with beautiful treasures on the property- rivers, cenotes, walking path in the woods, bicycles, kayaks! The staff were exceptional, and the whole experience was fabulous. Despite the rains we had a beautiful time. They also had a great wellness activity lined up every day. Absolutely loved it! Point to note is that it is a good drive away from the streets of Tulum.
