We have stayed at Balvanyos Resort a few times, and we always have an amazing experience at the Spa—it’s my family’s absolute favorite in the world. The food was outstanding, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly; I had a wonderful chat with one of them. The resort also has a souvenir shop where Eva, the shopkeeper, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The shop seemed to have everything we needed!
