It was designed beautifully with little details that made the difference. Loved the stars above the bed and the little one enjoyed going to sleep watching them shine. Loads of fun things to do for a family - water park, game room, creating stars in a hallway. Lovely food at the rooftop restaurant that was reasonably priced for an experience you were getting. All the staff was very attentive, caring and we felt looked after all the time - from the guys at the car park to lifeguards and cleaning staff - they all were super nice.

The people working in the hotel were some of the best people I've ever met. Very professional and helpful. The location was also perfect - not too close to the night clubs and not too far away from the beach.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. What stood out the most was the reception staff — they were so helpful and friendly. Always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. It made a big difference in my stay. Would definitely come back!

I stayed from the 20th of December 2025 till 30th of December 2025 in this amazing hotel! From the first minute one I felt really welcomed. Everybody is so professional and friendly - a real 5 star hotel. The hotel was opened in March 2025. Everything is new. The breakfast is fantastic - mix of buffet and a la carte. You have to great restaurants and a great rooftop bar to enjoy the sundown. Furthermore at the beach front you have the Lay‘s beach club. Same owner as of the Melia hotel. You have free access there and get 15% discount. Yes, Pattaya is crazy but also offers so much opportunities. You have great surroundings - Da Nong, Na Jomtien, Bangsarray Beach and especially Sai Kaew Beach. It was always a pleasure to come back to this hotel and take some rest. Many thanks to the the whole team which treated me so well. I will come back in August 2026 - already booked.;-) Khop Khun Krap - for these great memories!

It always feels like coming back to a little piece of oasis staying at Andaz Jomtien ! Service top notch, food is great, and the fact that it never feels too busy or crowded. Spa was great, the most zen set up and treatment.
