First of all the entire staff was helpful and incredibly nice. From the restaurant staff, pool staff, cleaners, concierge and management. Location you can’t be closer to shopping and food hall than this hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job. Food was one of the best we have eaten and were always restocked. The pool are has something for everyone. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Pattaya

It features an infinity pool, fitness centre and spa.... Cannot say anything about this hotel that hasn't already been said by others. Amazing on every level. This was my first 5 star hotel experience and the hotel exceeded my expectations on all fonts. Will definitely return.

The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend Andaz Pattaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

I recommend Mason Pattaya to be your next tryout to stay it will be a joyous time of your life.
