There are many floors and it is specifically decorated with taste. Also it felt safe with all the doors and locks before you actually get to your room. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room after some time because of our own hick-up with the reservation: so i must say that the customer service was excellent and easy.

The property is exceptionally clean and features beautiful swimming pools, including an adult-only pool, which is a real plus for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. The location right by the beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful-special thanks to Cherine at the reception and Idriss at the bar, who enthusiastically made the best cocktails and added a personal touch to my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and excellent service!

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet is located in Hammamet and is 700 metres from Pupput Roman Site. Loved this hotel, we couldn’t choose better! The staff was super helpful and polite. Food and drinks were very tasty and there was a wide choice of pastries, fruit, juices, smoothies etc. Tunisian food was delicious. Nice swimming pool, perfect location, very good wi-fi everywhere, super comfy beds, great SPA (we tried foot massage, full body massage and hammam and can really recommend all!). The whole resort was very clean and you could see the staff and managers were paying attention to offer the best service. We had a great time and can highly recommend this place for everyone!
