The property itself, rooms, staff, and the food. Thanks to all the staff members to make our stay pleasant, especially Buse - the front desk receptionist who helped us with everything.

The cave room was big and very well decorated: modern with touch of traditional turkish design, comfy bed and complementary coffee, tea, water was great. The room had a great atmosphere! The terrace was super nice with a view over all the town. The breakfast was also really good with many choices both western and turkish style. The swimming pool in the Spa was bigger than expected and also in a cave, great to relax after a hike in Cappadocia! Great location right in the center of Goreme.

Amazing views, service and perfect for a Romantic trip! the Service is impeccable with all staff being helpful, very friendly and always looking out to make your stay better. the views are unbelievable both with the balloons in the air and without! breakfast was stellar as well!

Featuring a terrace overlooking the fairy chimney rock formations, this stone built pension is located in the centre of Goreme. The hotel is very well situated, a couple of minutes from Goreme center, the terrace to watch the balloons is nice and cozy, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend the hotel! Big up to Fatima who was very kind and helpful. Thanks to all the staff.

Matatagpuan sa Nevşehir, 5.6 km mula sa Nikolos Monastery, ang Barceló Cappadocia ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may seasonal na outdoor swimming pool, libreng private parking, hardin, at terrace. Everything was up to the highest standards. Although there were signs that the hotel is new and just getting up to speed, our stay there (5 days) was incredible. The Front Office Manager, Kenan Biyik, is a seasoned professional of the highest degree, and his team (Efe, Barat, and Hussain, amongst others) are a bunch of young, serious pros. The room was incredible, and unbelievably clean, the Spa and indoor pool amazing, and the food... well, let's just say you'll have to try it (the hotel's breakfast buffet is one to remember). Special mention to the one-day private tour, arranged by the hotel, and our incredible Spanish-speaking guide, Emrah Anli. Completely amazing experience. In conclusion: 10/10.
