The bell service team and front desk team were friendly and very helpful. The resort and resort facilities are very well maintained and clean. We loved the thoughtfulness around kids - starting from our room (they had bed rails and cot set up for us, a baby bath tub with body wash and kids slippers ready in the room) to the restaurants (kids cutlery and crockery very cute with clean high chairs) and then the large kids recreational centre. We had a typhoon during our trip to Kenting so the large indoor kids recreational centre was super helpful - meant we could entertain our toddler whilst being indoors for a full day. The breakfast buffet was amazing - both Taiwanese and western breakfast options and more! The lotus restaurant also does a thai hot pot which we enjoyed.

Wolken Lodge is a 3-minute walk from Hengchun Bus Station and a 5-minute drive from Hengchun Old Town East Gate. Kenting National Park is 6.6 km away. The owner is so nice! We had a good time in Hengchun so we wanted to stay one extra night and it was fine. In our first room the Aircon didn't function very well but the owner immediately changed rooms for us and gave us some extra complimental drinks. It's maybe a little far a walk from center so we recommend you rent a motorbike if you want to explore the area. We rented a motorbike in front of the gongcha store, you will see it when you get out of the bus. Also clean hotel and very spacious. Has a small but nice pool on the roof.

Resort Fullon Kending offers a well-equipped gymnasium and has a bowling alley. Guests can enjoy massages at La Fontaine Spa or relax in the jacuzzi. Other recreational facilities include a video game zone and a games room. If you have kids, they will LOVE the kid's pool and water slides. Actually the beach is not always a good option for swimming (too hot during most of the day, and sometimes the waves are too strong), so the kid's pool becomes a lifesaver for parents. Staff are very polite and helpful above and beyond. The rooms are clean and large. Facilities are great. They even have games room where kids can shoot hoops, play snooker, etc. Breakfast is awesome with lots of options.
