First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

We really enjoyed our time at Swansea Tranquil Retreat, and the little extras (cereal bars, popcorn, waters, even toothbrushes!) were a nice touch. The property itself was so spacious, and the garden was huge with lovely landscaping. There was also a wide selection of board games too, and the laundry room was like having your own launderette. Location wise, the property was near to a variety of shops, restaurants and a park area for hiking through the woods.
