Fantastic hotel with high-quality, comfortable beds. Its proximity to the metro station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service was absolutely top-notch—10/10. The staff at the front desk were quiet friendly and willing to help , to mention John Lian, he was quiet fantastic and helped with the check in process and reassured that my stay would be comfortable. The front desk person Ms. Wang jing rong was quiet supportive and did a good job with the taxi booking and she followed up through with a call to the driver at the time of my drop off. People make the place better. Thanks for the support.
