The staff welcomed me after having some struggles with a previous booking, where the hotel was actually in construction and I had an alternative solution. They saved me for the night. Kumar has been very kind and messaged me to make sure that all was ok. The room is big and the bed is confortable. The bathroom is spacious and has hot water. Plus there's AC and a fan for the warmth. The hotel is fairly close to the metro station and the chauk. Thank you for hosting me for the night ♡

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Ashok vihar and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bella Vista during my recent stay in New Delhi. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere despite being located in a busy city area. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured the room was spotless every day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and prompt service.
