All rooms have some defects. 1 Bathroom door broken. 1 Wash basin broken. 2 Spring bed has nails coming out. 2 TV not working. 1 AC not working. No room service, no drinking water. You have to ask for everything. Could not sleep for 1 night, due to ants biting. Needed double beds, they gave 2 single beds. Food quality good. They can arrange cabs for transfer.

The hotel is a nice, comfortable hotel but somewhat away from all the main temples. They have some of the friendliest staff that I have ever seen. (I have traveled a fair amount in many countries and stayed at some of the best hotel chains.) They went out of way to help me in *everything* and always with a smile. The food was also very nice. I should note that the hotel is not a walking distance from major temples and taxis/Uber are not easy to get in Gaya. I used their hotel car. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my future visits.

very nice staff, clean and comfortable property… one of the nicest hotels in bodhgaya near Mahaboddhi temple. The restaurants in the property are also very good.
