Food, hospitality, AC very cold and very cold room. And Calm place to stay in ❤️ and it was close to international airport.

It's a central location. A family-owned hotel. Very nice staff. Free coffee and water, and a good breakfast. The Corniche is a few steps away. The owners are very helpful in advice about getting around.

I made a reservation at Asal Hotel – Baghdad through your trusted platform, and I received an official confirmation email (Reservation Number: 4862215696). Based on this confirmation, I went to the hotel on the scheduled date, May 3rd, 2025, only to be informed by the hotel staff that there was no reservation under my name and no rooms were available. This situation is completely unacceptable and indicates a serious failure in coordination or booking reliability on your platform. It caused me significant stress, effort, and unexpected financial expenses, as I had to look for an alternative hotel late at night under very difficult circumstances. I demand an immediate explanation of what went wrong and for full accountability to be taken by the responsible party—whether it is Booking.com or the hotel itself. I also expect to be compensated for the financial and emotional damage caused by this negligence. I look forward to receiving a professional and prompt response from your team.

Thank you very much for your exceptional hospitality and the services you provided. It was one of the best hotels I have visited in Iraq, and I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

The staff was so polite and they were always available for any queries I had, especially Abdullah was so helpful in any thing I needed with information and even booking a taxi...a highly recommended place in karadda ....the rooms and very clean too
