CanadaI upgraded to one of their deluxe/premium rooms just to try it out since it was less than 10 bucks for the upgrade from their basic room to the brand standard and I’m glad I did because that’s what made me feel like I was staying at an upper scale hotel for half the price where everyone else in town is charging over $150? Are you kidding me? I paid less than half at this place and still had the same amenities like coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, alarm clock, shampoo, conditioner, two types of soaps, resort level comfy mattress, brand new floors, body mirror in bathroom, full length body mirror in the room, very well functioning heating and cooling unit and that’s more than a dozen items for less than 10 bucks! Can’t beat that.

When asked for extra, we’re told only 2 per room were possible to receive. The temperatures drop drastically at Ely at night and it was snowing and my daughter was not able to sleep for half of the night because she was cold. Heater was not sufficient as windows had substantial holes and wind was seeping through. Food was good. Staff was rude and not understanding.
