The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around very convenient.. The front desk team was efficient and helpful, making check-in smooth and quick. Special thanks to Ms.Karma for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She's the best! Lastly, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and well-stocked each day.

Convenient location to Times Square, thus the reason for making this place our accommodation for one night in late July 2024. All of our prior booking requests were met. Even though it was rather busy upon check in, we just flowed right in and they had an excellent team at the receptionist counter to expedite everyone. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to wait and get our room key considering the crowd. That was AWESOME!

The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very kind and very helpful/considerate. The breakfast service was great and the location was perfect since it was in close proximity to the deli and multiple fast food chains (which was perfect for a traveler like me who just there for sightseeing).

Great location for families. Hotel was clean and comfy, breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel was placed conveniently near the Newport PATH station, ideal for traveling to Manhattan. Recommend the Loradella's Family Pizzeria which is nearby on River Drive. Right next to it is a great view of Manhattan.
