The Hotel Hammerwirkt - Forellenhof is right next to the stop of the free ski bus to Obertauern and provides direct access to the Tauernloipe cross-country ski run. The family and staff that own the hotel where amazing, my wife is GF, every day they made something for her, Rupert and his Dad, the owners were very nice.

Beautiful and cozy family hotel, decorated in the alpine style and very clean. The food was excellent with a 5 course menu, served by the owners themselves but in a manner of a high class restaurant. We were overwelmed with everything in this hotel and will definetly come again.

The Gasthof zur Post in Untertauern is located 300 metres from the Wildlife and Amusement Park and a bathing pond. It offers a free ski bus and a spa area. We were satisfied with the accommodation. The room was spacious and comfortable, excellent cuisine and very nice staff. By ski bus directly from the hotel. We also took advantage of the walks in the area. We had a great rest.

Owner Monica was really friendly, customer oriented and made our stay pleasant. Apartment was very clean and modern. Location on main street is the best in Obertauern, but still the apartment was very quiet and we got good sleep.

Everything was perfect during our trip. The food, especially for dinner was very good. The room was nice and clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Also the location is a plus as the hotel is right across from the chair lifts/ gondola and bus station.
