Excellent hotel! Very nice staff, the rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful. Its location is perfect and the breakfast is delicious and fresh.

Lovely rustic room with heat (was raining and cold) and a lot of space. Staff was great and cleanliness excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this place and would stay again!

The hotel is centrally located in Pucón, a short walk from both the main street and bus station. It was easy to find and the tours I booked picked me up and dropped me off directly at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - they helped me organize my stay and the breakfast each morning was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had hot water. I would definitely stay here again.
