The location is very good. There are not only the local restaurants but also the fast food shops near the hotel. Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. Especially Nancy helped me a lot. She helped me get the GEM ticket and made arrangements for drivers.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, the owner gave me some tips for visiting the Pyramids and dealing with vendors. Location is very convenient, the hotel is five minutes away (walking) from one of the entrances to the Pyramids, and there are some ATMs nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, there's a nice view of the Pyramids from the terrace.

We like the staff service. They were very helpful with everything. They helped us book a cruise dinner on the Nile river, they helped us with uber at times and they always checked on us to see if everything was fine. The room was big enough, very comfortable and modern. The bathroom was good as well.
