The location is very good. There are not only the local restaurants but also the fast food shops near the hotel. Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. Especially Nancy helped me a lot. She helped me get the GEM ticket and made arrangements for drivers.

The staff truly went above and beyond and even allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. They were available for assistance 24/7 and always happy to help. I really enjoyed my stay — such a beautiful, modern hotel with incredibly friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Everything about my stay was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, with advice on the local attractions. I got a free room upgrade as they had a better room available. The view from the terrace is incredible, and included breakfast was so generous. I booked for 1 night at the start of my Egypt trip, and loved it so much I'm going to stay again for my final 2 nights in Cairo at the end of the trip

We like the staff service. They were very helpful with everything. They helped us book a cruise dinner on the Nile river, they helped us with uber at times and they always checked on us to see if everything was fine. The room was big enough, very comfortable and modern. The bathroom was good as well.

It exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially Omar, who assisted us on getting a cut, shopping fruits and chattering till night was exceptional. Ahmed was very warm too, welcomed us at night after our late flight, serving us a loaded breakfest every day and yes - it's the same like in the photos. They don't try to overcharge you too much and the tours (which we didn't take) were fairly priced. You're not being pushed into anything. The property is very new and despite being situated in chaotic Giza streets, its location is pristine - on a walking distance to the pyramids. You can take a walk to the pyramids through the authentic streets where (almost) nobody harasses you as a bonus. Really awesome - friendly, clean, you'll feel like you're at home.
