The location is very good. There are not only the local restaurants but also the fast food shops near the hotel. Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. Especially Nancy helped me a lot. She helped me get the GEM ticket and made arrangements for drivers.

Hotel is excellent. It has perfect view from terrace (breakfast with view on pyramids), it is clean and rooms are spacious and exactly like on pictures (modern and nice). And the best thing is staff - they are so polite, helpfull and always happy to see you. Easy whatsapp communication for Airport pick-up and everything you need (Youssef is so nice). But they all really gave us the best hospitality! Big recommendation for visiting Pyramids plateau as entrance is only 1-2 minutes walk from hotel.
