Located 400 meters from San Blas Square and 800 meters from Cusco’s Main Square, El Mariscal offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The staff here are lovely and very helpful! The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. It was kind of them to bring a delicious breakfast to our room, organize our driver, and also they have tea in the common area to help with altitude sickness which was very thoughtful (and helpful!). We had a great stay and cannot fault it at all. Large bathroom, comfy bed, we loved it and would stay again.

In a renovated XVIII century colonial-style inn, Corihuasi features rooftop views of Cusco historic centre, just 2 blocks from the city’s main square. Wi-Fi is free. The best accommodation on the trip. Great location near the center. Great breakfast. Large beds with warm blankets.

Usually there is little room to put the luggage and move around, this was not the case - amazing! Breakfast had great variety. Staff was great! Was able to leave my luggage (free of charge) at the hotel until the eve. Also, there is a lovely laundry service (Katya) super close - additional bonus.

We really like this place, which is why we chose to return after our trip around the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. This time we stayed in a double room, and it turned out to be even better than the family room we had before. The room was slightly renovated, very clean, and overlooked the inner courtyard, making it quiet at night and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Even though some guests wake up early for excursions, it didn’t disturb our rest. Maggie was, as always, incredibly helpful and welcoming.
