Our room was very big and nice, (2 AC). Also room was clean which is important. The breakfast is excellent, "resort" nicely decorated. I would like to praise the kindness of the owner. You can borrow a bike (ask for a lock at the reception), as well as the pump if the tire is empty. The next very good experience is that they called B-RIDER (rent a scooter) at the reception, and they brought the scooter in 20 minutes. In the evening until 18:00 they also come to the hotel to take it back. We drove all day for 500BTH, we probably could have gotten cheaper, but for all the comfort and good experience, it wouldn't be worth looking around the city for other options :) So I can only warmly recommend this accommodation!
