I for my reason for being in Edmonton.

I for my reason for being in Edmonton. I should have booked the hotel for more than 3 days I Had no complaints about the service, the friendliness, professialism I would recommend my stay I was dissapointed in how far it was to Commonwealth Stadium but I guess I did not research that enough.. Lastly,...I thought the buffet was terrible I tried it on day 1 and never used our free coupons I would rather pay someplace else and enjoy my breakfast

We were only in Edmonton one night because of a medical...

We were only in Edmonton one night because of a medical appointment, so we were able to select only one attraction while we were there. We went to Muttart Conservatory. It was a nice venue and worth seeing. We went to the Triple "O" for a hamburger because it was within walking distance of our hotel. The burger was amazing! We both agreed that it was the best burger we had had for a very long time. The service was excellent as well. We used the maps app on the iPhone to get around Edmonton, so that took much of the stress out of navigating a city we were not familiar with.

Install versatile electrical outlets to accommodate modern devices(current outlets are already to capacity. Mini fridge would’ve helped to keep traveling foods fresh,shower enclosure allowed water to collect at opening… slippery surface when exiting shower. Tv service was mediocre,somewhat hard to utilize,used cell a lot..!!!

Edmonton has lots of awesome things to see and do.

Edmonton has lots of awesome things to see and do. Very friendly and helpful people everywhere in the city. Driving around there no so fun. 30 minutes plus here to there. Using the train probably helps if you know how it works. Not enough parking.

We came in a day early for a tour of the Canadian Rockies.

We came in a day early for a tour of the Canadian Rockies. The Westin allowed us to stay in the same room and gave us great suggestions for dinner the first night and things to do the next day until the time to meet our tour group.

When i noticed there was no drinking water for some minutes...

When i noticed there was no drinking water for some minutes and reported to the front desk staff, they apologized and said soon they would arrange to replenish and meanwhile offered me mineral water bottle free of cost which was a positive timely response and consideration.

The hotel is located close to shopping in one of the largest shopping area in Edmonton. There is bus no. 55 nearby. The bus runs to Southgate mall and Light Rail station and to West Edmonton mall. I liked how the main floor and the dining room were decorated in West Indian style with spruce trees. There was giant dream catcher on a wall. My room was large with all amenities available. Washroom was very clean. Buffet breakfast was available every morning for 13 dollars extra, which is a good price.

This hotel has more amenities than other hotels in the area, especially compared to the ones downtown, for a more convenient price. The recreational area with pool, sauna and gym is wonderful. In-room balconies with a view into the hall are very spectacular. Sitting there really feels like sitting in a courtyard. It was a pleasure to visit this place.
