The housekeepers Nirutti and Bhushan, and chef Anand were so kind and nice. They served us great food and assisted us with all our request including booking a cab back to Bombay.

HemHarsh holiday home is one of the best holiday Villa in karjat. And very easy to access railway station & matheran, kandala, karla cave tourist spot. Also very nice hospitality, friendly people, the food are amazingly delicious.we will visit this place once again.

I liked the service of the manager Mr. Sudesh and his team members Bhushan, Nivrutti and Chintamani. They were prompt in responding to our requests and delivered it on time. The food was delicious and had a homely feeling while having it. The facilities were well maintained and will definitely recommend to my family and friends

Horrible property. 1. There were no security guards. This property is in forest area, dogs at mid-night were barking for nearly 2-3 hours. It almost felt, they were about to come inside. We locked in everything 2. Just 1-2 staff. We are paying so much and the person refused to cook lunch saying he had no time. 3. During dinner also, he kept saying food is limited though we paid for buffet Horrible experience. No amenities at property . Just high price by Saffron stays with 0 experience.

    Helpful caretaker. Prop owner answers every request really quickly. The villa is not really close to any restaurants, so owner offered to arrange meals for us. The villa itself is pretty clean and comfortable.

    The host picked us up at the railway station and organised a riksha back to there in the morning - excellent service! Also he organised dinner for us in the evening. The caretaker Mr Ravi is always around in case of help needed. The location is good for walks in the nearby village/nature. During monsoon, there should be plenty of waterfalls close by.
