This was the perfect house for an extended stay. We booked for three weeks and loved having this place as a base to explore the area. Contact with the property manager was timely and we had all the information we needed to prepare for the arrival. The house was so quiet and peaceful. It's a hearty 45 minute walk into Assisi so having bikes or a car is necessary. The house has everything you need. There's a well equipped kitchen, so you can stay in and enjoy a dinner on the patio. Grab food and wine from the closest grocery store, just down the hill. Restaurants abound in the neighbouring towns. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure, tv and Wifi perfect for staying connected. The location was perfect for exploring the hill towns. So many places to explore. We made all kinds of good memories and would happily return.

Very quiet Villa tucked away on the hills. We stayed for a week, were in the area for a wedding and needed a place for extended family to stay, with facilities to keep our toddler entertained. She loved the pool (It's pretty chilly* for a baby or small child, so I recommend taking their swim warm-suits). *It's very common in Italy to not have a boiling hot pool for different reasons, including it would be very uncomfortable in the heat. For adults it's the perfect temperature to cool down :) The host was Fantastic. She gave us a tour at check in and we had a little booklet with any info we required. The house is a little Oasis. Particularly enjoyed the BBQ facility and the outdoor seating area under the lovely pine trees. The kitchen and House in general had anything you could need. You can see how loved the house is by the owner. And it was really clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we ever end up in this area of Italy.
