House was clean and everything we needed to cook including basic condiments, oil etc were available. Bed was combatable and got a good nights rest. Host was very helpful. I enjoyed the nature and tranquillity on offer at the property. Got some much need washing done using the washing machine.

From the moment you arrive, it’s as if you step into an alternative reality - one that encompasses your entire spirit, soul, and mind. Run by an extremely sweet and caring older couple (who we now consider family), Crystal Bungalow is interesting, entertaining, and simply peaceful to stay at. Outside you are presented with lush and well cared for gardens (with lots of birds). Inside, everywhere you turn there is a new thing to discover (it’s a big like living in a beautiful and interesting museum). You are living on a small tea plantation in a colonial era home. The room was comfortable, bed very nice, water very hot. But perhaps the most meaningful thing is the connections we made to the owners. They care for you and they help you. We’ll be back!

This was our favorite Villa we stayed in during our entire trip. Not only was the house in perfect condition for our group, but Lalith and Niluka went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. The food they prepared was some of the best we had in the entire trip. We had such an amazing time. Wish we could have stayed longer and became family! Miss it already.

The food and service was exceptional, well done team (Manager and cook who took care of our every need and request). The house was clean and in great condition. The stairs to the second floor can be steep for older folks but there is a bedroom on the ground floor with bathrooms as well.

This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Sri Lanka. The peaceful atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and stunning natural surroundings made our experience unforgettable. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply top-notch. What stood out the most, however, was the kindness and hospitality of the owners. They made us feel so welcome and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A wonderful experience overall. Thank you so much!
