Everything was super clean and the area is absolutely beautiful. It is far away from everything which makes you feel relaxed within a second. We where staying for just one night and it felt like we where really VIP😂. They took amazing care of us. It was my friend his birthday and we got the best and biggest Sri Lankan breakfast😍 they even gave him a birthday present 🥺 Thank you so so much!

Beautiful villa, beautiful beach, very hospitable and friendly service. The villa is just as pictured. The restaurant is close by and it was nice having the food brought over to the villa. Much more convenient with small kids. Everyone was kind and helpful.

The pool is awesome, and it's also quite big! You can directly go from the house onto the beach. On the terrace there is an area that is shaded all the time, which was very convenient if you want to be outside but not under the scorching sun. The host is helpful, but also very discreet. If you want the peace and quiet of a beach, with a private pool, it's the best deal around!

Villa Modera is just gorgeous. I loved the peacefulness of the location and the beautiful green gardens surrounding the villa. There is a deserted beach just steps away. The staff made us feel at home. Our room was tastefully furnished and bed super comfy. AC worked perfectly.

We really enjoyed our staying at this villa. It was clean and cozy. An ideal place for privacy. The beach was empty for kilometers in both directions. We felt like we were on a desert island. Nima Villa is one of the best places we stayed in sri lanka. The house is very clean and comfortable for living with high security. It has three modern large bedroms, living room, dining room, bathroom and a kitchen which is equiped very good so you can cook there without any inconveniences. There is a large swimming pool area and have excellent surrounding views. The place is very silent , you can hear birds singing every morning. Actually you can feel living like your home.Hospitality was super excellent. Host made everything to make our staying in villa even more comfortable. I can conclude that service there has the highest rate and highly recommended for Sri lankans and others as well. Definitely we planned to come back again In next vacation and we stayed there with a big pleasure. I highly recommend it for people and families with children too.
