The owner greets guests warmly. The unit is very huge, with many rooms and bedrooms. Our team consists of 11 members that enjoy spending time together without disturbing the others. We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The two-level layout with five bedrooms provided plenty of space for our group, and everything was kept very clean. While it’s not a luxury stay, the homestay is incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it for families or large groups looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay! What made it even better? The homestay is suitable for lively groups—we didn’t have to worry about noise restrictions, which made our gathering even more enjoyable. Plus, the large parking space was a huge convenience for multiple cars.

The View of Mt. Kinabalu was Majestic in the morning. Smooth Check-in. Peaceful & Serene, Great place to Unwind (Cool Kampong Atmosphere) The Owner truly respected our Privacy, but was also responsive to our demands via Watsup, especially reserving a Good Parking space, when we went out & came back in the evening. WiFi was Good, and TV Satellite Channel was Great.

    We like the villa living room. It has very nice view, and we can see the mountain. My family, especially my parents also liked the little garden around the villa, the flowers were very nice. It was good that standing fans were provided. The big dustbin with cover is good. The cups & utensils were pretty. Microwave is available. Handsoaps & towels were provided.

    Raflie was clear and fast in his response to me via Whatsapp. We gave an estimated arrival time but was delayed. He was accommodating and was there to receive us when we reached the villa. There was ample seating space in the living room. We could sit together at the ktichen island to have our meals. During the day, we have a good view outside as villa is glass-covered floor to ceiling. Love the sunrise view from the master bedroom too.
