The property exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great, it was quiet and close to the town. Its a waking distance to the beach. Very clean and very spacious. They we're rooms for everybody. Good place for a family trip. The host is also super friendly and allowed us to have an early check-in.

The host is very nice and kind, she response very fast when we asking about the house. the house is very clean and completed with a lot of stuff. We really enjoy our stay for 12 adult and 2 children. The house is fully aircond, all the bathrooms have water heater. We can cook , also has water filter coway which is very convenience, has oven, and washer machine when we want to wash our cloth. The house is located around 500m from the beach. Also we can watch movie at netflix and has yogurt tv box .

The room is located very near to all beach amenities and restaurants indians, Chinese and malay food especially the ikan bakar very near the room, totally superb 👌 beach teluk bogak, teluk Nipak all entertainment places
