The place is relatively okay. Unfortunately, there was a storm when we checked-in which prevented us to see the view. the caretaker Ate Nancy was so helpful and took care of us.

We loved the place. It was cozy and it was definitely clean. Everything that you need is available- from drinking water to cooking utensils. Kuya Junel, the caretaker, was also hlepful.

Self check-in/checkout is a plus. They give a complementary snack (a peanut from Vietnam), which is really amazing knowing how affordable the place is. It has aesthetic cozy vibes. The balcony House is a spacious apartment with all conveniences at your finger tips in the middle of town so walking distance to everything. I booked for 2 nights, stayed 6. The owners are friendly at the same time give you your own space. I will be making it my home away from home while in Rizal. Thank you!

The property is modern and spacious which can fit big family. The rooms are clean and the beds are huge! 😊 Bathrooms are also big and has working heaters. Its good that they have fast internet as well.
