My sister & I absolutely loved our stay here & would return if this area is needed in the future. We recommend this very comfortable, private property. Yolanda was very accommodating with our request, friendly and answered all questions. The home is nicely decorated with 3 bedrooms. The master king has an adjoining bathroom with step in shower and massage spray with good pressure, separate tub, even a bidet. The queen & other room share an additional bathroom shown in pictures. Kitchen is stocked with necessary items- toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full fridge & stove, pans, dishes etc. (No blender to make margaritas though:( lol) convenience of laundry room even had dryer sheets- we left our unused tide pods for the next person. Outside under the lanai is a built in pool, sitting area with patio furniture, tv & fireplace where we spent the morning’s for breakfast, and snacks/wine in the afternoons! We found out in advance there’s no lounger’s for poolside so we packed our own foldable mesh floats that we used in the pool and catnapped while floating around & tanned comfortably. There’s an annoying alarm that goes off every time you go out the doors to the pool area which was installed as a safety feature if you have little ones to know they’re heading to the pool. Yolanda had told me about the alarm beforehand and my sister cleverly discovered the turn off button on the door unit during our stay there. As for the location, it worked great for us as it was near an event planned previously. It’s a quiet residential area , near a lake we later discovered. There’s a convenient Publix supermarket & liquor store about 3-4 miles nearby. We found most restaurants about 10 minutes away in Winter Haven. Be sure to do breakfast or lunch at First Watch, A rum drink called - Pain Killer- at Cheddar’s restaurant. And a nice restaurant called Harry’s Bar & Grill in Lakeland which is 25 minutes away.

The property was conveniently located to everything we needed! The host was amazing and easy to contact and the house was way above any expectations I had. There were games for my daughter and her friend to keep busy when he came to visit her, tv’s in the room and living room, a nice yard and sitting area in the back. There was a grill there, we did not use it, but we loved having that as an option for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, including garbage bags, dish soap, etc. The beds were comfortable as well! The washer and dryer were located right outside the rooms making laundry an easy task at the end of a busy day! The AC worked amazing and this is coming from a girl who likes her house freezing cold with a ceiling fan and a box fan! No box fan was needed here. I am also really sensitive to smells and when we walked in, the house smelled clean but not like chemicals and I loved that! Even though we just had one car, there was plenty of room for other vehicles! Oh, and The neighborhood was peaceful as well! Felt safe, comfortable and like I was at home the whole time. I will most definitely be booking here every time we stay in this area!
