The house was beautiful and convenient, close to my daughter's graduation. It had everything you needed as if you were in your own home. The owner allowed me to arrive earlier than check in after i requested it based on our arrival time to Fort Meyers.

The house was very comfortable, spacious kitchen with lots of countertop and storage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice patio, fans and lights all had remotes, plenty of charging stations, very nice bathrooms and showers. Everything was very clean and organized. I got to teach my boys how to play pool, it was so nice to have the garage recreations after a long day at the beach!!! 4 folding chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards were already supplied at the house which was just awesome!!! We added some footballs, frisbee, and a couple of swimming goggles/snorkels. Couldn't be happier honestly with the house and location our family is looking forward to coming back soon!!! Love from IOWA 🙂

It was a gorgeous location. The view from the back was great, we saw dolphins and manatees ftom the pool deck. The kitchen was loaded with anything you could possibly need to cook and serve meals, there was tons of seating, a gas grill, pool floats, extra towels, throws, full size bath products etc... There are multiple tvs including one on the pool deck. Loved that! We were do comfortable we could easily have spentba month there and would have been happy. Beautiful clean home.

The open floor plan of the house provided a welcoming space for togetherness with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area for eating and the privacy of four comfortable bedrooms. The warm water pool and enclosed outdoor seating area with a bar was the perfect place to soak in the Florida sun. The location was close to beaches and restaurants. The Cape Coral Tiki sunset tour was a highlight of our trip.

The property was very clean. It had everything my family needed. The pool was probably the best part, my girls swam from the time they work up till they finally slept. The location was very quiet and very close to anything we needed. Definitely will be booking here again.

Great location to hit all the beaches within a couple hours drive. Fishing in the back yard was fun for the kids and seeing an alligator. Pool was nice to relax in after a long day. One of the neighbors even gave us some mangoes fresh off the tree.
