The kitchen/breakfast room open 24h, with cold beer available. Friendly and professional staff. They arrived in minutes after we called them. Home-like breakfast. And unusual for small establishments in Albania: an invoice is provided.

You live on the second floor and have a huge balcony. The family is very helpful and inviting, you become soon a friend, they recommend resturants and local places to go. They speak English and Italian. The breakfast was delicious with homemade pancakes after eggs. vegetables and cheese. Parking outside the house. Thank you, Tim and Rina!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Mikpritja Theth! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view.I had planned a surprise during our stay, and they went above and beyond to help me organize everything. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care meant so much to me. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here - it was honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed in our lives. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. It felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was included and it was absolutely delicious and very filling, with generous portions. If you’re wondering whether to book dinner, don’t hesitate - you absolutely should. For just €15 you get an enormous portion, with a choice of meat, and the food is incredibly tasty and satisfying. The staff were exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive, making our stay even more special. A special mention to the dogs on the property - they are incredibly friendly, sweet, and added so much warmth and joy to the whole experience. As a small suggestion for the future, it would be great if the villa windows had mirrored or reflective glass for extra privacy, so people passing by wouldn’t be able to see inside. This was truly an unforgettable stay, and without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place.

The house of dreams was truly a dream It was very very clean, cozy and very nicely decorated The host communicated well and accommodated our needs The Wi-Fi was really good It was located in a good area, we pretty much walked to most places and the apartment itself had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave, and we as adults second that I would really really recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Shkoder . On top of the excellent apartment, it’s in a quiet area yet so close to all the main areas of the city and also close to many good restaurants, markets and shops …

Koman Paradise by Romina er nýlega enduruppgert sumarhús í Shkodër þar sem gestir geta nýtt sér sundlaugina sem er með útsýni og garð. The room was absolutely perfect - very clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the service provided by Niko during our stay was amazing! He organized our Shala River tour and was very friendly. The restaurant on site is also great, we really enjoyed trying the local wine and food there - again all while taking in amazing views of the mountain and lake! Hopefully we will be back one day to do it all again

The upper villas are definitely a better option for us older bodies as they are easier access (although still up A frame stairs) the amenities are better and more substantial. Klaudja is a real gem and is very attentive and professional. Breakfast was awesome and set us up for almost our entire day. Evening meals were well prepared and great value too #nomnom Very close to Rozafa Castle too and just out of town enough as well :) kafe e mrekullueshme… faleminderit shumë për mikpritjen tuaj

This was my favourite stay of my Albania trip. The villa was wonderful with thoughtful touches and a dream escape from the city! The surrounding nature was idyllic and the time spent in the hot tub (more like a small pool), whilst gazing at the snowy mountains and starry sky will stay with me for a long time. The hosts were especially helpful and kind and I loved every aspect of my stay.
