Santa Barbara Seafront villas w pool er staðsett í nokkurra skrefa fjarlægð frá Agraka-ströndinni og 2,9 km frá Mavralis Beach. The villa looks same as in pictures, everything is new and clean. The pool is amazing, and you can just cross the road to get to the beach. Each room has its own air conditioner, and each bedroom has a private bathroom and shower. The kitchen is well equipped. The sea view from the main bedroom and from the top balcony is breathtaking. The area is very quiet and relaxing, that at night you can even hear the waves from the sea! The villa is very clean, and the staff is kind. Chris is so friendly and was available for any of our questions.

The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

The apartment is incredibly comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The living area is spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bedroom is equally inviting, with a plush bed that ensured I had restful nights throughout my stay. Casa De Nicole is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and welcoming is evident, from the spotless bathroom to the fresh linens and towels provided. The fully-equipped kitchen was a major plus. It had all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, which was great for days when I preferred dining in. The nearby grocery stores made it easy to stock up on essentials. The host, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was always available to answer any questions I had. The warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience. Casa De Nicole exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

The house was very clean. Mr Panayotis was very responsive and polite. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and not too packed. The garden was incredible and fenced so we enjoyed most of our time outside relaxing. The interior was very cozy and traditional. All amenities required to cook etc were included. The cats outside were friendly and our dog was not even alarmed by them

A wonderful place to stay! The private pool with crystal-clear water was amazing, and the villa is very close to the sea. Everything needed for cooking was available — you can tell that every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. We also appreciated the small welcome treats left by the host. We had a fantastic and relaxing stay. Looking forward to coming back next time. Highly recommend!
