The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

This charming apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The living area is spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bedroom is equally inviting, with a plush bed that ensured I had restful nights throughout my stay. Casa De Nicole is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and welcoming is evident, from the spotless bathroom to the fresh linens and towels provided. The fully-equipped kitchen was a major plus. It had all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, which was great for days when I preferred dining in. The nearby grocery stores made it easy to stock up on essentials. The host, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was always available to answer any questions I had. The warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience. Casa De Nicole exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

Mjög þægileg íbúð með rúmgóðri einkaverönd 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá ströndinni og bænum Gististaðurinn er með svalir og er staðsettur í Larnaka, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá torginu Piața... Very cozy and clean apartment. Looks the same as on the pictures. Good bed and mattress. The apartment is very cozy really, we stayed for one night. It’s 15 minutes to the airport. We were satisfied🙂

Location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Nissi beach, and 10 minutes drive from the fantastic WaterWorld water park and Ayia Napa harbour. The villa was lovely, clean and very comfortable, with A/C in every room, 3 toilets and 2 showers. The beds were great, there was a huge TV in the spacious living room, and the pool was lots of fun. There are loads of restaurants that deliver to the villa through Walt, and a great one with a huge playground for the kids midway to the beach. Several Supermarkets around too. And the landlord was so helpful, kind and available for any request. Totally enjoyed it, amazing value for money, am already recommending it to our friends and family.

Kube Luxury Villas er staðsett í Ayia Napa, nálægt Sandy Bay og 700 metra frá Pernera-ströndinni og státar af svölum með sundlaugarútsýni, útisundlaug og garði. The villa was absolutely amazing, very modern style with all the facilities. It was kind of an intelligent house, remotely controlled. Inside we had everything we needed to, even table tennis and table football. There were some things we asked about or for and reaction was immediate. Besides we used the service of the taxi, cooperating with the villa and we can recommend the service. The building is situated close do the supermarket, taverns with excellent food and close to the beautiful Nissi beach. Everything was absolutely amazing!

I would generally say that the villas are nicer than what it looks at the photos! The villas are very spacious, modern, with private underground parking that leads to the villa. The villa had an elevator for all floors (parking level, living room, bedrromd and roof terrace). There is a restaurant and they deliver food and drinks to the villa with a 2€ service fee. All lights, blinds and room temperature are managed from control panels. There is a small beach at 4 min walk. The staff was polite.

It's on a quiet street and yet close to restaurants. Food delivery is also available. The pool was clean and warm. The air conditioning worked well, and there was constant hot water. We had no problems checking in early. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time. I recommend it to anyone.
