Each accommodation at the 5-star villa has pool views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hot tub. The villa has private entrance. The villa was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The whole area is extremely safe, everyone was very nice. The host Igor was extremely kind, welcoming, helpful, & generous. He arranged many activities for us. We had a private chef cook us a 6 course meal on the 1st night, every dish was flavorful, delicious, & presented beautifully. On the second day he arranged a boat trip for us, the boat was very nice & clean, the staff were very friendly and kind, they took us around dubrovnik, we saw some caves, & then took us to have lunch at Lopud island, they made us a reservation at a restaurant on the beach, the food and view were more than amazing. On our last day he arranged for us to go on a tour to see the sea salt mines & oyster farm. I could go on and on about how wonderful & unforgettable this trip was, it truly exceeded our expectations thanks to Igor.

Both the general area and the inside of said Villa are huge and yet incredibly comfortable to use. Even in our family, where everyone tends to have very different preferences in regards to the "perfect" spot, everyone was able to find a space to relax. Be it in one of the three bedrooms furnished with the softest beds, in the living room with it's spaceous and practical layout, the kitchen where anyone interested in cooking would find all the supplies needed for a great meal or the outside where you can either decide to lay in the sun, swim in the preheated pool, enjoy the terace or, e.g. on rainy days, seat yourself in the wintergarden and Sauna. In whichever way you prefer to spend your vacation, you are destined to find it here. For people enjoying exploration you will find Montenegro and its blue lagoons to not be too far from the Villa. Just remember to take your documents with you since you will be asked on the border. Hiking can be easily done in the surrounding area too. For sporty people there is a small court belonging to the establishment less than a minute walk away, you can ask the two incredibly nice individuals organizing this place to set up Minigolf for you if interested. They also respond quickly to any questions that may arise, so not even the customer service is lacking. All in all, the Villa is worth every bit of its price, if not exceding it. Whenever we have the opportunity to visit again, we will no doubt do so. Highly recommend! 🥰👍

Located in Dubrovnik, Hedera Estate Villa Hedera XX provides accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and each had beautiful views. There was no fighting over rooms because they’re all about the same.

Toto and his wife are amazing hosts and have the house equipped exceptionally. I still cannot believe we were privileged enough to be able to stay in Villa Tantini. Listen to Toto's recommendations, he knows what he is talking about and thanks to him I might have had the best dining experience of my life. The views are exceptional, the spaces are full of history yet comfortable and clean. I hope I can come back sooner than later. Thank you for everything!

It was easy to get to and very comfortable.

The villa comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. This villa also has a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We stayed here during a conference and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect, the property was spotless and very comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind and even drove us back to the airport! Highly recommended
