Communication with the host was easy, prompt and friendly. The guesthouse was spotless and the amenities were excellent. Would stay here again without a doubt.

I stayed for just one night during a work trip, and I was honestly very impressed. The villa was spotless, modern, and really well equipped – everything felt new and clean. The check-in was super easy, which was great after a long day. Even though I only stayed one night, I could see how perfect this place would be for a longer holiday. Next time I come to Istria with my family, I’ll definitely try to book a longer stay here.

Located in the Plava Laguna Resort that offers an outdoor and children's pool, as well as various activities, Villas Bellevue Plava Laguna offers air-conditioned units, each with free WiFi access and a furnished terrace with park views. A Blue Flag beach is about 300 metres away. Villa was really great. Close to everything that we wanted to reach (beach, shops, city etc.) There was gas grill and jacuzzi included and it was well organized.

Completely renovated in 2018 this new family resort is located in the Park Resort complex just a couple of minutes away from the nearest beach, Park Villas offers self-catering accommodation with a private swimming pool surrounded by a lush Mediterranean park. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Comfortable villas, plenty of space for family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Lots of outdoor space with plenty of loungers/seating. Quiet pool. All staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Walking distance of shops/restaurant/porec town.

Everything was incredible good. The host family is very friendly and gave us a warm feeling of being their guests. The location is superb, with beautiful views over the hills of central Istria, in the middle of nature. The house is nicely decorated, very clean and a great place to stay. The garden offers a great swimming pool, lots of space with fruit trees and an outdoor kitchen. If you like nature, silence and great views then this place is highly recommended.

Guests can relax near the outdoor fireplace at the holiday home. A wonderful house and a wonderful host. Our family stayed at Erik's house for several days and had a great time. Erik took great care of all our needs. Since we were traveling with a 7-month-old baby, he even bought a high chair and a mobile changing table just for us. The house feels brand new, the amenities are first-class, and we didn't miss a thing. As a welcome gift, Erik even stocked the fridge with a few drinks for us. It was a perfect stay, and if we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay at this house again.
