They will go beyond and above to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The rooms are big, comfy and clean with breathtaking views looking over Volosko (see pictures attached). Tasty breakfast with fresh pastries and bread rolls every day. The place is a walking distance to the nicest beaches and local shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay at the same place.

The highlight was the panoramic pool, the sauna, and the whirlpool — we practically didn’t leave the house all weekend. Our dog had plenty of space to run around and enjoyed the green areas, even making a new friend with the neighbor’s dog. We truly appreciated and respected the peaceful surroundings, with breathtaking views of the sea and the neighboring towns — a beautiful contrast to the city life we are used to. We wholeheartedly recommend Martina as a host and Zoran as the caretaker. We will definitely be back!

We were able to contact them throughout our stay with any questions we had. They also gave us great suggestions for places to visit and places to eat. The town of Opatija is beautiful and peaceful. The quality family time we spent at this villa was worth the cost. We are so glad we booked this instead of a busy hotel! We really enjoyed the balcony and pool. We would love to return some day!
